Add-ins for Outlook office including backup, emails extractor and attachments manager. The pack includes Backup of My Outlook Files (BMOF), List4Office and Slick. BMOF: to backup PST and Outlook configuration files automatically. BMOF cans backup data to zip file or simply copy files to a secure location. Zip file can support AES 256 bits encryption key. Unlike other competitors BMOF is able to backup or copy files even if Outlook is open. The pack includes List4Office to build distribution list, new Outlook folder or text file to export from filtered emails or contacts. Functions can save your filter to reuse it. List4Office allows you to build list using logical operators and multiple criteria and not only name as Outlook does. You can build geographical lists for your marketing campaign. Also included Slick an attachment manager able to zip files attached to outgoing messages. But unlike other competitors with Slick you can define a different folder for each contact. If a zip file is attached to an ingoing message it can be automatically unzipped. Slick can run automatically or manually. Slick is a useful tool to reduce dramatically the size of PST files. All components are also available as standalone add-in. New add-in will be added to the pack shortly.
