Internet & Cyber Cafe Software by Golden Café Manager is designed for owners of Internet cafes or any other institutions that need to control, charge for, and report on the usage of computers for Internet or gaming access. It provides you with a complete billing system with the ability to adjust the size of the receipts to fit your printer. In addition, it tracks the amount of money each computer takes in, and generates detailed sales reports that enable you to monitor individual computer usage. It protects your PCs from unauthorized access or system damages, and has a number of other powerful features. It is very convenient and easy to use.
There are several modes of using workstations. In the postpaid mode, GCM Client displays the time elapsed along with the updating price of the session. In the prepaid mode, it displays the time that the user has remaining. A customer can pay in advance and use a computer (immediate prepaid session); open a prepaid account or purchase a timecode and use them until the money or time runs out. The money and time can be added any number of times by customer request.
