Programul PaneCutter este destinat pentru generarea automat? a planului de debitare, pentru fabrican?i de mobil? sau alte prodse din material rectangular (PAL, pl?ci de metal, sticl?, etc.), al c?ror gam? de produc?ie este larg? sau se schimb? permanent.
Mul?umit algoritmului sofisticat, recursiv, PaneCutter g?se?te planul optim de debitare cu o pierdere minim? posibil?. Ofer? mai multe solu?ii, întotdeauna sortat? astfel încât solu?ia cea mai optim? s? fie prima, oferindu?i posibilitatea utilizatorului ca s? aleag? o alt? variant?.
PaneCutter este un program foarte u?or de folosit.
Pe fereastra principal?, utilizatorul poate seta lungimea ?i l??imea pl?cii de debitat, ?i lungimea ?i l??imea fiec?rei piese dorite. Aceste informa?ii poat fi salvate ?i reluate ulterior pentru o eventual? revizuire. Li?ta p?r?ilor individuale nu trebuie salvate pentru efectuarea procesului de optimalizare.
În cazul unor materiale (ex. sticl?) nu conteaz? care este lungimea ?i care l??imea p?r?ilor individuale. În aceste cazuri pentru o solu?ie mai optim?, utilizatorul poate folosi op?iunea ?Rotarea p?r?ilor acceptat?.
Dup? introducerea dimensiunilor p?r?ilor individuale, trebuie ap?sat butonul ?Calculare?, pentru pornirea procesului de optimalizare. Durata acestui proces, depinde de viteza calculatorului, precum ?i de num?rul de piese individuale. Utilizatorul are posibilitatea de a alege dintre solu?iile oferite pentru vizualizare (întotdeauna prima este recomandat?). Fiecare plac?, cu planul optim de debitare poate fi vizualizat? pe ecran ?i la cerere poate fi ?i tip?rit?.
