Research Lab further enables you to create production level voip system with following tools Available : A complete multi-lingual speech synthesis workbench using Festival TTS Available: A complete multi-lingual speech recognition workbench using ISIP ASR Available: Speaker Verification (with two algorithms) Ported to Embedded : Edinburgh Speech Tools Library Ported Open DSP Library : libsnd.dll Make DEVICE-PC, PC-DEVICE, PC-Phone, or phone-phone calls or create Instant Messaging (IM) sessions over the Internet on Windows CE Both voice and video calls can be established on DEVICE-DEVICE calls. Presence information on a list of contacts is also supported.
