Create tests with answers scrambled. Produces one time saving score report and item analysis when scored with A Better Multiple-Choice. Control cheating and give students the option to report what they know and don't know. Use spell checker and all fonts. Designed for teachers and secretaries who routinely produce two versions of each test from test bank files or from printed copies of the test bank files edited by teachers. Multiple-choice, true/false, fill-in-the-blank, short-answer, and matching. Include internal headings and situations. Contains Word macros. Question input is designed for high quality questions. (1) Write a descriptive statement, true/false. (2) Move a key term to R1, fill-in-the-blank. (3) Remove the end, short answer. (4) Remove the end and enter one or two acceptable answers and up to four unacceptable answers, multiple-choice. Answers are always randomized, unless specifically locked. This makes it easy to discuss test results by refering to the question by number and its full answer without mentioning the test key. Alternate right answers also suppress cheating and force students to use higher levels of thinking. They must locate enough wrong answers that only one answer is left, the right answer, rather than looking for "the right" answer. Matching questions are limited to five answers but the number of stems is not limited. More than one stem can have the same right answer. There can be more different answers than different stems. These two features prevent students automatically getting the last question right within a set of matching items. TTWW requires Word and a computer running 400 MHz or faster. Unzip the file and print Test Drive True Test Writer.DOC. Copy TTWW200.DOT to install the template.
